What we build

The systems we build, on screen.

Every screen here is a purpose-built demo of something we actually ship. Our clients haven't given permission to be named, so the companies, people and figures shown are invented — the capabilities and the verification numbers are real.

Each system is built to the same conventions — grouped navigation, pending-work counts, verified gates — then skinned to the client's own brand. Same factory, different output.

A command-center dashboard showing open jobs, work scheduled today, approvals awaiting action and unbilled revenue, alongside a jobs table and prioritised action items.

Operating System · live in production

Field service & mechanical contractor

Quote → dispatch → job → invoice in one platform, with a command center that surfaces what needs attention before anyone goes looking. Replaced four disconnected tools and a shared spreadsheet.

683/683 tests passing · in production

A dark operations-intelligence dashboard with throughput, cycle time, exception and margin tiles, a live process graph highlighting a bottleneck, and a feed of live exceptions.

Operating System · logistics

Operations intelligence

A live process graph that shows where work is actually piling up, with exceptions surfaced the moment a threshold is crossed rather than in next month’s report.

A construction schedule in Gantt view showing a slipped framing inspection, six downstream tasks moved automatically, and panels summarising cascade impact and trades to re-notify.

Operating System · construction

Cascading build schedule

One slipped inspection moves every downstream task, updates the handover date and flags exactly which trades need re-notifying — automatically.

611 tests

Two phone screens from a field technician app: a safety gate blocking job start until four checks pass, and the sign-off screen with photos, parts logged and a customer signature.

Operating System · field ops · mobile

Field technician app with hard safety gates

A job cannot start and time cannot be logged until every safety check passes. Both sides of that gate are built and verified — the blocked state as carefully as the happy path, because the blocked state is the one that protects the business.

8/8 roles login-verified end to end

A customer-facing facilities portal showing active request counts, contract progress, outstanding balance, a request list and recent documents.

Operating System · customer portal

Client-facing portal

Customers approve quotes, track requests and pull documents themselves — which removes a whole category of "just checking in" phone calls.

An invoice list with outstanding and overdue totals, and a modal for sending a payment reminder showing configurable recipients.

Operating System · finance

Invoicing & collections

Overdue invoices chase themselves, with recipients configured in Settings rather than hardcoded — so the office manager changes who gets chased, not us.

Every screen above is a purpose-built demo — the companies, people and figures shown in them are invented. No client data, no client branding and no screenshot of a real client system appears anywhere. The verification numbers are real and come from build records.
