The short version: this site keeps aggregate visit statistics through Google Analytics, and collects personal information only if you fill in the contact form — which is used to respond to you, nothing else. Last updated August 23, 2026.
Two things, and nothing else. First, if you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, message, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number and company name. Second, as you browse: standard usage analytics through Google Analytics — which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device and browser they use. Analytics data is aggregated traffic measurement; we use it to see which pages are useful, not to identify you.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell returning browsers apart. Beyond that, this site sets no cookies of its own, and stores nothing in your browser unless you ask it to: the one exception is a single local marker that people at Nexcore can set on their own browsers, so our own visits are excluded from our statistics. You will never be given it by browsing. There is no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking of ours.
A contact-form submission is stored in our database and sent to us by email so we can respond to you. Analytics tells us, in aggregate, which pages get read. That is the whole use. We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Four service providers touch this data in the course of doing their jobs: Supabase (our database, where contact submissions are stored), Resend (which delivers the notification email), Netlify (which hosts the site and, like every web host, keeps standard server logs of requests), and Google Analytics (which processes the usage measurements described above — see Google’s own privacy policy for how Google handles it). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Contact submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you and keeping a record of the conversation. If you want yours deleted, ask — see below.
To ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email info@nexcoresolutionsllc.com and we will do it. To opt out of analytics, add ?nx_internal=1 to any page address on this site — that browser stops being measured from then on, and ?nx_internal=0 undoes it. You can equally block the Google Analytics domain in your browser or use Google’s own opt-out browser add-on — the site works identically without it. There is no account to close and no subscription to cancel, because the site creates neither.
If what the site collects changes, this page changes in the same release, and the date below moves. That has happened twice: analytics was added on August 16, 2026, and on August 23, 2026 the site gained the opt-out marker described above — each time, this page was updated the same day.
