A business numbers page: collected this week, unpaid invoices, expenses, auto-tracked mileage, and an eight-week collected-versus-expenses chart.

The $5,000 base

from $5,000 one-time

Expenses · mileage · your numbers on one screen. We run our own company on exactly this.

Your Business OS · from $5,000, one-time

Stop running the company from four logins. Put it in one place you own.

The base is the back office: expense tracking, mileage, and a stats page that shows the business in one screen. Then it grows by quote — only as far as you want it to.

The assistant — answers from your records, drafts, waits for your OK

The top

The full operation — priced from your current software bill

And every rung comes with two things built in: the mobile app — installs from your site straight to the team’s phones, no app store, no per-seat fee, with push notifications when something needs them — and the automated emails: quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, invoice chasing, sent on your rules, from your address.

The assistant

Not another AI subscription. Yours knows your business.

A plain chatbot answers from the internet — it has no idea who your customers are or what you charge. We build the assistant into your system and wrap it in your business: your rules, your prices, your jobs, your people. It answers from your records, drafts the work, and waits for your OK.

Your rules

“Commercial jobs invoice NET-15. Residential invoices on completion.”

Your prices

The rate book — 214 line items, yours

Your jobs

Every job since day one, with photos and sign-offs

Your people

Who may approve what — it respects the same permissions your team has

Built from all of it — your assistant

Draft the invoice for Harbor Point.

Done — $21,400, written from approved quote Q-1188, NET-15 like every commercial job. Want me to send it?

What’s still waiting on a yes?

Two quotes. One’s been open four days — follow-up is drafted.

It answers from your records. It never sends on its own.

The $5,000 base isn’t a starter tier. It’s the exact system we run NexCore on.

Quick answers.

What does the $5,000 Business OS include?

The base is your back office in one place you own: expense tracking, mileage tracking, and a numbers page that shows the business on one screen — collected, unpaid, expenses, mileage, live. We run our own company on exactly this. The mobile app and automated emails are included at every tier.

What does it cost beyond the base?

Scope beyond the floor is quoted per business — quoting and invoicing, booking and dispatch, job tracking, a customer portal, the assistant. The full operation is quoted from your current software bill, usually around half of one year of it. Never a per-seat price.

Do we really own it?

Yes. The code sits in your accounts, the records are your data, and hosting bills go to your card at cost. If you stop working with us, the system keeps running.

Does it come with a mobile app?

Yes — every system does. It installs straight from your site to the team’s phones (no app store, no per-seat fee) and sends push notifications: new job assigned, schedule change, approval waiting.

What do we pay after the build?

Hosting, on your own accounts, paid straight to the host — typically a utility-bill amount, not a software bill. Nothing recurring comes to us.

Screens shown are illustrative fixtures — invented companies, no customer data. The $5,000 floor is our published price, set October 2026; bigger builds are quoted from your current software bill, usually around half of one year of it. After the build you pay hosting on your own accounts, straight to the host, at cost — nothing recurring comes to us.
